      How to Submit a Signed Quote to Bluewire

      If you've integrated Bluewire's Client Portal Subscription Quote into your Applied Epic system and you'd like to submit your signed Quotes to Bluewire, this article will help you do just that.

      STEP 1 - Open the Bluewire Sponsor Submission Form

      1. Click here to open the Bluewire Sponsor Submission Form
      2. Fill out the form and attach a .pdf version of the signed Bluewire Client Portal Subscription Quote
      3. Bluewire will process your request and send confirmation emails to both the Producer and Agent
      4. The primary customer contact and Producer will both receive emails to setup their accounts

      STEP 2 - Contact your Bluewire Customer Champion if you have any questions or need any assistance.
